Landin Services, LLC, a closely-held, Virginia-based, regional third-party administrator, was founded in 1987 with the conviction that if it could not provide self-insured and related organizations with responsive, professional, and committed service, it would provide no service at all. Landin is licensed and certified to provide insurance services in Virginia, and we have 35 years’ experience in providing workers’ compensation related services to municipalities as well as self-insured group programs.
As a full-service third-party administrator, Landin specializes in the delivery of claims administration, excess insurance placement, managed care and loss control services to both public and private entities. As a firm committed to integrity, honesty and fairness, characteristics which reflect the principles of its founder, Landin holds itself to the highest level of performance. If the service Landin is delivering falls below its standards of excellence, we will immediately advise the client of known deficiencies and take corrective action. Concurrently, we seek out and remedy concerns brought to our attention by our clients immediately. Landin’s reputation for client-sensitive service is reflected by our track record and longevity with our existing client base.
David Carl Landin, founder of Landin, had years of insurance industry experience including claims management and the development of self-insurance services for public entities and groups. In fact, Mr. Landin left Yeager & Company (currently called Sedgwick) after he successfully developed most of the self-insurance programs in Virginia so that he could found Landin to deliver the level of service desired by a majority of self-insurers. David Craig Landin, Esquire, Landin’s President and CEO, purchased Landin in 1994 and provides the strategic guidance to Landin’s staff to ensure that the principles on which Landin is based are fulfilled on behalf of its clients.
Landin Services, LLC offers services with a specialized focus and a concentration in one area of casualty insurance, workers’ compensation.
